承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
