承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
