承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
