承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟(ruan)性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行(xing)程(cheng)開關四合(he)一一體化設計方案,結構緊湊
3,小轎車搭(da)建有安(an)全(quan)性鉤,防失控(kong)。
4,全部傳動(dong)系統組(zu)織選用無連軸器的(de)立(li)即I/O方(fang)式,傳動(dong)系統高(gao)效率、裝配線高(gao)精(jing)度、免維護(hu)保養。
