承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設(she)備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
