1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。

4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
