3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端(duan)梁一(yi)部(bu)分
1,大噸(dun)數起重設備端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規(gui)格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸;
