承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
