韶關單梁起重機

單梁式(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)是起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)的(de)一(yi)(yi)種,是由跨接(jie)和吊(diao)車(che)小車(che)構(gou)(gou)成的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)。跨接(jie) 沿(yan)路(lu)面路(lu)軌作(zuo)(zuo)豎向健(jian)身運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),沿(yan)跨接(jie) 作(zuo)(zuo)橫著健(jian)身運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。有起(qi)吊(diao)、跨接(jie) 走(zou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、小車(che)走(zou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)三個工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)。以人力(li)資源或(huo)電力(li)工(gong)程驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器。多用(yong)以工(gong)業廠房或(huo)生產車(che)間內運送貨品。用(yong)以加工(gong)廠、庫房、砂石廠等(deng)不一(yi)(yi)樣場所吊(diao)裝貨品,嚴禁在(zai)易燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)、易燃(ran)易爆腐蝕物(wu)質自然(ran)環(huan)境中(zhong)(zhong)應用(yong)。具備起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設(she)備的(de)特性(xing)(xing),是一(yi)(yi)種作(zuo)(zuo)循環(huan)系(xi)統(tong)、間歇性(xing)(xing)健(jian)身運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)機(ji)械設(she)備。一(yi)(yi)個工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)循環(huan)系(xi)統(tong)包(bao)含:取(qu)放(fang)設(she)備從取(qu)物(wu)地(di)把物(wu)件(jian)提到(dao),隨后(hou)水準挪動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)到(dao)特定地(di)址下(xia)(xia)降物(wu)件(jian),然(ran)后(hou)開展反(fan)向運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),使取(qu)物(wu)設(she)備回(hui)到(dao)原點,便于開展下(xia)(xia)一(yi)(yi)次循環(huan)系(xi)統(tong)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)包(bao)含:起(qi)吊(diao)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)、運作(zuo)(zuo)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)、變幅機(ji)構(gou)(gou)和轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)構(gou)(gou),被稱作(zuo)(zuo)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)的(de)四大(da)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)。
單梁式起重機的構造(zao)特(te)性
承重梁構造
1,承重梁采用(yong)歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁機(ji)構(gou)設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,采(cai)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁采用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆采用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)次精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)采(cai)用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全歐式古典設計方案,合理減(jian)少重量,提(ti)(ti)升提(ti)(ti)高室內空間(jian)。
2,減速(su)機采用(yong)起(qi)重機專用(yong)型的H系列產品硬齒面減速(su)機,承載力高,使(shi)用(yong)期長。
3,鋼(gang)絲繩(sheng)卷筒采用厚鋼(gang)板生產(chan)短接軸方式,并對焊接開(kai)展無損檢測;
4,動滑輪所有采用熱軋(ya)滑輪;
5,起重(zhong)吊鉤采用T級(ji)起重(zhong)吊鉤,材料(liao)高于(yu)DG34CrMo,單雙排布局,節省室(shi)內(nei)空(kong)間;
