承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
