神農架單梁起重機

單梁式起(qi)重機的構造特性
承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)采用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)機構設(she)計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控(kong)切割整板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,采用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,做到(dao)Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁采用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方案,防止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一次精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)采用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全(quan)歐式古典設計方案,合理減少重量,提升提高(gao)室內空(kong)間(jian)。
2,減(jian)速機采(cai)用起(qi)重機專(zhuan)用型(xing)的H系列產(chan)品(pin)硬齒面減(jian)速機,承(cheng)載(zai)力高,使(shi)用期長。
3,鋼(gang)絲繩卷筒采(cai)用厚鋼(gang)板生產(chan)短(duan)接(jie)軸方式(shi),并對(dui)焊接(jie)開展無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce);
4,動滑輪所有采用熱軋滑輪;
5,起(qi)重吊(diao)(diao)鉤(gou)采用(yong)T級起(qi)重吊(diao)(diao)鉤(gou),材料(liao)高于DG34CrMo,單雙排(pai)布局,節省(sheng)室內(nei)空(kong)間(jian);
