承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
