單梁式起重(zhong)機的構(gou)造(zao)特性
承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)采(cai)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)機(ji)構設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控(kong)切割整板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,做(zuo)到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大(da)載(zai)貨量起重機端(duan)梁采用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)采用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一次(ci)精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)采用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全歐式古典設計方案(an),合理減少重(zhong)量,提升提高室內空間。
2,減(jian)速機采用(yong)(yong)起(qi)重機專用(yong)(yong)型的H系列產品硬齒面減(jian)速機,承載力高,使用(yong)(yong)期長。
3,鋼絲繩卷筒(tong)采用厚鋼板生(sheng)產短接(jie)軸方式(shi),并對(dui)焊接(jie)開展(zhan)無損(sun)檢測;
4,動滑(hua)輪所有采用熱(re)軋滑(hua)輪;
5,起重吊(diao)鉤采用(yong)T級(ji)起重吊(diao)鉤,材(cai)料高于DG34CrMo,單雙排布局,節省室內(nei)空間;
