承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
