2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
