承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕(qing),合(he)理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
