承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
