承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
