承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
