承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)軟性(xing)絞接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
