承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁采用歐(ou)式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁機構設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切(qie)割整板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,采用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,做到(dao)Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨(huo)量起重機端(duan)梁采用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“三條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆采(cai)用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一次精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)采用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
小車總承
