承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
