承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
