承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器,安(an)全(quan)性有(you)確(que)保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
