承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
