3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
橋式雙(shuang)梁起重機端梁一部分(fen)

2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密(mi)度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
