1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端梁一部分
1,大噸數起重設(she)備(bei)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
