承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱轆(lu)為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
