承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
