承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
