承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
