承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控切(qie)割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
