承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承(cheng)重梁(liang)與(yu)承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接(jie)方式(shi);防止“幾條腿”運作。
