單(dan)梁(liang)式起重機的構造特性
承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁采用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁機(ji)構設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,采用(yong)埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,做到(dao)Sa2.5級(ji);
端梁一部分
1,大載貨(huo)量起重機端梁采用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一次(ci)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁采用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
小車總承
1,全歐式(shi)古典(dian)設(she)計(ji)方案,合理(li)減少重(zhong)量(liang),提升提高室內空間(jian)。
2,減速機采用起重機專用型的H系(xi)列產品硬齒(chi)面減速機,承(cheng)載力高,使用期長。
3,鋼絲繩卷筒(tong)采用厚鋼板生產短接軸(zhou)方式,并對焊接開展無損檢(jian)測(ce);
4,動(dong)滑(hua)輪所有(you)采用熱(re)軋滑(hua)輪;
5,起重吊鉤采用T級起重吊鉤,材料高(gao)于DG34CrMo,單(dan)雙(shuang)排布局,節省室內空(kong)間;
