承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
