承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
