承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
