承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
