承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式(shi);防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
