承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做(zuo),車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
