單梁(liang)式起重(zhong)機的(de)構造特性
承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)采用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)機(ji)構設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,采用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大(da)載貨量起(qi)重機(ji)端梁采用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止“三條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆采(cai)用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一次精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁采用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
小車總承
1,全(quan)歐(ou)式(shi)古典設計(ji)方案,合理(li)減少重量,提升提高室(shi)內空間。
2,減速機(ji)采用(yong)起重機(ji)專(zhuan)用(yong)型的H系列產品硬齒(chi)面減速機(ji),承(cheng)載力高,使用(yong)期長。
3,鋼絲繩卷筒采用厚鋼板生產短接(jie)軸方式,并對焊接(jie)開展(zhan)無損檢測;
4,動(dong)滑輪所有采用熱軋(ya)滑輪;
5,起重吊鉤采用T級(ji)起重吊鉤,材(cai)料高于DG34CrMo,單雙排布局,節省室內空間;
