承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
