承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
