承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格(ge)精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
