承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加(jia)工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設(she)備構(gou)造(zao)抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門(men)端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
