承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
