1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端(duan)梁一(yi)部分
1,大噸數(shu)起重(zhong)設備(bei)端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
