承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
