承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。
