承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
